Steven is an excellent strategist with vast experience in budget control, construction techniques and operational processes to enable the successful completion of new build, refurbishment and re-construction of heritage buildings.
David Andrews
Director
David initially qualified as a Quantity Surveyor and has accumulated over 20 years of Housing Development and Contracting experience across London, Essex & Hertfordshire. Before forming Linfield, David spent 10 years as a Director of one of the largest market-leading residential developers in the capital where he was engaged in the delivery of projects from inception to completion of everything from niche boutique developments to substantial urban regeneration programmes.
David has exceptional communication and management skills coupled with broad operational experience. A proven ability to understand and drive through projects, build and maintain key relationships whilst maintaining a focus on controls and instilling a culture of cost awareness.
Richard Moore
Director
Holding over 25 years of experience at various levels Richard has extensive knowledge of traditional residential construction from initial planning through to completion and handover on a multitude of R/C frame, steel frame and timber frame structures, for both private and public schemes.
Well versed in all aspects of Health and Safety, Programming and production, Richard has successfully created and managed effective teams to ensure the timely delivery of a quality end product for clients.

Nick Parker
Commercial Manager
Nick has over 20 years of experience and a proven track record of delivering projects across the industry. A natural leader who can build teams, develop individuals, achieving results. A meticulous planner who is highly organised and dedicated to his profession.
Nick began his career client side as a QS working for a leading cost consultancy before moving into tier 1 contracting and high-end residential development with City & Country and Berkeley Group. His breadth of experience has enabled him to play a key role in the delivery of outstanding developments across the South-East.
